In my third chapter (aka retirement), I’ve discovered a passion for creating jewelry with lustrous pearls, sparkling crystals and gorgeous glass beads in delightful geometric patterns.
I’ve decided to keep my pieces affordable to easily share them with others and help support my creative process. At this time in my life, I’m lucky not to need a new career. I just want to have fun!
My previous adventures include freelance writing, journalism and glass beadmaking. Along the way, I’ve been able to collect many works of art—paintings, sculptures, glass art, ceramics and fabric art to adorn our home—and, of course, beautiful jewelry I consider wearable art.
My parents instilled an early love of the arts taking my siblings and me to music and dance performances, art galleries and museums. I continue to enjoy the pure beauty in movement, sound and artefacts with a few “culture buddies” (my partner and like minded friends).
I hope to meet you at one of the craft markets I’ll be at this year, listed on my events page. Please drop by to say hello.
I’d love to hear from you!
Let me know if you would like to commission a piece for yourself or a gift. I’ll be in touch shortly.
